Below are testimonials solidifying how
Speed Matters
has helped athletes
on a competitive level:
Over
the past two years, Coach Naylor has had a
tremendous impact on the
Seneca
Valley football program.
Since working with our players in the
areas of speed training, agility, and endurance,
our team has made measurable improvements on the
field.
His ability to work with our kids in a
football specific training environment has led
to fewer injuries and a steady progress in the
“win” column.
Part of winning early in the season
depends heavily on what kind of condition your
players are in.
Coach Naylor worked tirelessly all
summer, pushing our players and constantly
changing the types of workouts that they did.
In 18 years as a coach, I have never had
teams in better shape coming into camp.
As a coach, this allows me to focus on
football only during camp.
The conditioning was in place, and Coach
Naylor continued to work with the team during
camp.
I truly believe that it has made us
stronger team.
High school football has never been more
competitive.
I believe that Coach Naylor’s work with
our program has given us an edge that will
continue to help our program grow successfully.

In
this competitive day and age, what an athlete
does in the
off-season to maximize performance is as
important as playing the game itself.
Having played and coached at the collegiate
level, I understand the growing importance of
speed, agility, and explosiveness in today's
athletics. I have the highest regard for
Coach Rob Naylor's "Speed Matters" Program. He is as accomplished of a sports training
specialist as there is in the area and his
resume speaks for itself. Coach Naylor's
passion to see his clients succeed drives him to
go above and beyond expectations. Because
of his influence I was able to have a successful
collegiate basketball career and have been able
to instill his techniques in my players today.
If you are ready to take your game to another
level, Coach Naylor can get you there.

I
have had the pleasure of knowing Coach Rob
Naylor professionally, and have always respected
his passion for physical development and
training.
As a Certified Athletic Trainer for the
past 5 years at the
University
of Pittsburgh,
I understand the importance of speed, agility,
and proper conditioning in order to gain a
competitive advantage in NCAA Division I college
athletics.
Coach Naylor does an excellent job
developing athletic performance in a safe and
effective manner, regardless of the chosen
sport. In
my opinion, his training style also leads to a
decreased injury rate as your season progresses.
I continue to use Coach Naylor’s
techniques today with great success when
rehabilitating injured athletes for return to
play. I
highly recommend Coach Naylor for all of your
fitness needs.
