Baseball/Softball:
Become physically and mentally prepared for opening day.
Our program has incorporated specialized baseball
conditioning drills for speed, agility, rotary power,
shoulder stabilization, balance, core strength, and
multi-joint strength to make players more skillful,
powerful and quicker.
Basketball:
Our basketball specific program focuses on building the
physical parameters used in basketball. Athletes will
learn how to move more efficiently and how to extract
more power and speed out of their body. This program
will develop rotary core power, speed, agility,
quickness, full-body strength and power, leg power,
anaerobic capacity, balance and core strength.
Body Sculpting:
This workout is a mix of traditional strength training
exercises, core and balance work and nutritional advise
from Coach R. Naylor, M.S., B.S.. This program will
encompass all individuals, beginners and advanced
fitness goers. The focus will be on strengthening core
stabilization, improving cardiovascular muscles, agility
conditioning and most importantly, abdominal work, back,
shoulders and arm exercises for a trimmer, healthier
YOU!!
Football:
The 60 minute men train here!! Whether you are offence
or defense, our football training will put you ahead of
the competition. The focus will on improving speed and
agility through a variety of drills and techniques,
improve explosiveness and jumping ability using
plyometrics and power through unique strength training
drills.
Kid Sport:
Youth training will teach young athletes the
foundational components of athletics’ through a fun,
dynamic and motivating training. This program was
developed for children ages 8-11. This is the peak time
for nervous system development which means most of their
body awareness, coordination, movement mechanics and
balance will be developed by age 12, making this a
critical time to train. The focus will be on developing
movement not muscle, balance, agility, quickness,
posture, reactivity and strength through fun and
challenging drills!
Lacrosse:
Our innovative lacrosse training utilizes
lacrosse-specific drills to focus on work capacity,
strength and power conditioning, rotary power, core
stability, speed, agility, quickness, work capacity and
movement which will make the player more skillful,
powerful and quicker.
Soccer:
The soccer conditioning program will focus on strength,
power, work capacity and movement. The development of
linked system strength, rotary power, sport core, speed,
agility and quickness will give the athletes the boost
to winning challenges to the ball and elevating their
game.
Tennis:
Launch your tennis performance to new levels with our
tennis training. We will focus on first step explosion,
lateral mobility, knee drive, hip flexor strength and
stride strength, isometric training and work capacity.
Volleyball:
We are “bringing the heat” with volleyball training!
Focus on explosive step, lateral movement, vertical
jump, reaction time, hand/eye coordination.
Strategic drills enhance performance, control of the
ball, timing and footwork. Athletes will be more
aggressive, more accurate team players. Ace your
