Seems I have worked out in various capacities all my life, sometimes really being committed and other times slacking off of my workouts for months at a time.   Since I have started training with Rob my whole outlook towards exercise and fitness has changed dramatically.  For the first time in a long time I look forward to exercising again. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would be able to do the challenging work out that I am now doing.   I am working out harder at the age of 50 than I did when I was 40 and enjoying it much more. Rob’s workouts are fun and different every time.  I never know what new exercise we will try.  From the minute we start till the time we end we are constantly moving, it is the perfect mix of cardio and weight training.    He is encouraging but strict, never pushing me beyond my abilities but always pushing me to work harder, do more reps, increase  weight and master my form.    I am starting to notice changes in my body as well, I have lost inches all over, as well as developing tight toned muscle groups. Whatever your fitness needs don’t put it off any longer.  Contact Rob right away, you won’t regret your decision, you’ll just wonder why you didn’t do it sooner. I have been in the Body Sculpting class for two weeks now and already am feeling better about myself.  The classes are exciting and fun at the same time.  Coach Naylor really pushes us to do our best while encouraging us as well.  It is the best money I have ever spent on exercising!  Thanks Coach  :o)

You know that your body is never the same after you have kids.  After having two kids, my body was a wreck, and I never had the time to devote to getting myself in shape.  In the two months that I have been in Rob’s body sculpting class, I have went from a size 14 to a size 10 in pants and from a large to a medium in shirts.  I am beginning to see a real difference all over but especially in the problem areas – thighs, butt, and stomach.  Other people (including my husband) have commented on the changes as well.  I highly recommend Rob’s class to anyone who wants to lose a few inches and get in shape.  The class is challenging, but very rewarding.  Since I have begun the class, I have more energy and feel better about myself and my body. --Kelly

Ladies Only Boot Camp ROCKS!!  I work part-time and teach Fitness Boxing and was having trouble getting in my personal workouts. I joined Boot Camp and love the results! Clothes fit
so much better, I even went down a size. Yeah me!  Boot Camp doesn't take a lot of your time, one hour and you've hit all your muscles as well as gotten in cardio. With the specific training and drills that we do I've gotten the same results without spending hours in the gym lifting weights and doing cardio machines. As Rob said, the scale didn't move much, but things fit better and I (and my husband) see a difference. Because of that I know I'm losing nasty body fat and gaining healthy muscle. Combined with eating in moderation, you have a winning combination. So get the word out! It's the way to go , never boring or monotonous. It keeps you coming back for more. Good Luck!
