Become physically and mentally prepared for opening day. Our program has incorporated specialized baseball conditioning drills for speed, agility, rotary power, shoulder stabilization, balance, core strength, and multi-joint strength to make players more skillful, powerful and quicker.

Our basketball specific program focuses on building the physical parameters used in basketball. Athletes will learn how to move more efficiently and how to extract more power and speed out of their body. Cheerleading Conditioning (Team or Personal):
If you want to be the best, then you must train like the best! Our cheerleading conditioning clinic targets all of the right components your squad will need to be at the top of their game. We will concentrate on improving flexibility, balance and coordination for those tricky jumps and quick moves; enhance muscular fitness for rock solid lifts, improve leg strength for accurate, streamlined jumping and perform high intensity aerobic drills to develop aerobic capacity.  This is a must do clinic for beginner through advanced cheering advocates! Fitness Boot Camps:
Enlist now and Be all YOU can Be!!  Our fitness boot camp is designed for all body types, fitness levels and age groups. This 1 hour outdoor exercise adventure will have you and your friends running or walking in the fresh air to burn calories and using light weights for toning all of those tough areas. You will be performing specific aerobic drills to strengthen core abdominals, firm your arms and tighten your legs and butt!! Kidfit:
Youth training will teach young athletes the foundational components of athletics’ through a fun, dynamic and motivating training. This program was developed for children ages 8-11. This is the peak time for nervous system development which means most of their body awareness, coordination, movement mechanics and balance will be developed by age 12, making this a critical time to train. The focus will be on developing movement not muscle, balance, agility, quickness, posture, reactivity and strength through fun and challenging drills!

Learn the Game (Grades K-6 & 7-12):
Our basketball specific program focuses on building the physical parameters used in basketball. At the introductory level, the children will learn passing, dribbling, shooting, catching, balance, lateral moves and much more. Athletes will learn how to move more efficiently and how to extract more power and speed out of their body. This program will develop rotary core power, speed, agility, quickness, full-body strength and power, leg power, anaerobic capacity, balance and core strength.

Men’s Overdrive Workout:
Our Men’s overdrive workout provides you with 60 minutes of an overall workout. We focus on Toning muscles, building body mass, improving and strengthening cardiovascular endurance and much more!! This class is not your conventional workout. Trainer, Rob Naylor, will challenge your abilities in speed, agility, balance and strength training with drills that are not normally used at the gym. Before you know it, you will feel an increase in energy, loose inches around your waistline and achieve the fit/healthy look that suits your body frame!!!

Parent and Child Fitness:
We are thrilled to introduce this innovative program! It is designed for children and parents to work together to teach movement skills, body awareness, body coordination, core stability, balance, and proper posture. Parents will interact and train with their children and will also have their own exercises to ensure they get an excellent workout at the same time!

Our personal training sessions are customized to incorporate the requests of our clients. However, the basic aerobic and anaerobic movements that strengthen and tone all muscle groups, burn calories, increase cardiovascular endurance and promote core stability for an overall fit and healthy look are the foundation of our classes. We also offer weekly/monthly nutrition guidance per request.
